Moapa Valley Progress
The Moapa Valley Town Advisory Board will meet tonight, Wednesday, February 13 at 7:00 p.m. at the Overton Community Center.
In General Business, the board will discuss a proposed letter from the Board to Omega Vista development company regarding the Logandale Town Square Project.
The Board will also hear a briefing regarding traffic during work on the wastewater ponds. The Board will hear one zoning item tonight brought by John Steinbeck. The request is to reclassify 8.3 acres from Rural Open Land (RU) Zone to Rural Estates Residential (RE) Zone for a single family residential development located on the northeast corner of Heyer Street and Gubler Ave.
