Moapa Valley Progress
The Moapa Town Advisory Board will meet on Thursday, February 28 at 7:00 p.m. in the Marley P. Robinson Community Center.
The Board will hear zoning requests from Glendale Holdings LLC. The developer will present its Public Facilities Needs Assessment and its Specific Plan for approval by the Board. The major project, entitled Riverview, is proposed to encompass 1,462 acres in the Glendale/Moapa area.
The Board will also discuss an item regarding a Fire District tax assessment to fund permanent fire fighting personnel for the community.
The Board will also discuss an item regarding the incorporation of the old Glendale boundaries into Moapa Township.
