Nancy M. Olson
Jack and Joyce Olson are pleased to announce the graduation of their daughter, Nancy M. Olson, (MVHS 1997), from the UCLA School of Law on May 9, 2008.
During law school Nancy was selected to participate in the Moot Court Honors Program, a Chief Articles Editor for the Entertainment Law Review, and a volunteer for the Homelessness Prevention Clinic. She also externed for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the fall of 2007.
In addition, her comment, Does Practice Make Perfect? An Examination of Congress’s Proposed District Court Patent Pilot Program, was recently published in the UCLA Law Review. In the fall she will begin practicing Intellectual Property litigation at Howrey LLP in downtown Los Angeles. Howrey is a global law firm with over 680 attorneys in 17 offices worldwide.
