Methyl B12 Aids In Overcoming Stress, Depression & Neuropathy

It is a great time to be alive on this planet because of the new ground breaking research and discoverys in human health and longevity. Over the last decade or so, researchers have strongly implicated the toxic amino acid homocysteine in a variety of disease states. Recently There’s a new exciting buzz over a coenzyme form of vitamin B12 known as methylcobalamin or methyl B12.
Homocysteine tends to accumulate in the body whenever Methyl B12 gets deficient, and this accumulation has been linked with increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis among other diseased and aging conditions.
Methyl B12 is the only form of vitamin B12 which can directly participate in lowering homocysteine levels and metabolism. In addition to converting homocysteine to the amino acid methionine, methyl B12 generates an increased supply of a super nutrient called SAMe (S-adenosyl methionine).
