Moapa Valley Justice Court Criminal Calendar was held on Wednesday, August 13.
Defendant – Meagan Toulouse –
Charges – Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana and Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia.
Defendant pled guilty to both charges and was ordered 90 days in the Clark County Detention Center to be held in abeyance for one year in which time defendant must stay out of trouble, defendant is subject to random ua’s, must pay a total of $1130 in fines and fees, and must attend weekly NA meetings. Status check is scheduled for October 2008.
Defendant – Amador Larios-Soto –
Charges – DUI and Open Container. Defendant appeared with attorney.
Pled guilty to DUI, Open Container charge dismissed. Ordered 37 days in the Clark County Detention Center, credit given for one day served, six days to be served and 30 days to be held in abeyance for one year. Also ordered $792 in fees and fines, DUI Victim Impact Panel and DUI School. Status check is scheduled for December 2008.

Charges – DUI and Reckless Driving.
Defendant failed to appear in court. Bench Warrant issued for arrest with a total of $4000 cash only bail set.
