Terrie McArthur To Present Brown Bag Lecture

Terrie McArthur returns to the Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery at noon on March 3 to present a brown bag lecture: “Art: A Response to Mind, Body, and Spirit.”

Terrie is known for her involvement in Mesquite civic activities, and as the owner of Just Imagine, her interior design business. She is also a yoga instructor, a copywriter and frequent columnist for local newspapers. She draws on her studies in very diverse fields and brings them all into focus in her presentation on artistic expression.

The public is invited to attend this free noon-time lecture and bring along a brown bag lunch to enjoy.

Terrie’s presentation is the monthly installment of “Everything Mixes with Art,” a lecture series sponsored by the Virgin Valley Artists Association. The series aims to show how art and art education connect to all aspects of life.

The Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery is a city-owned facility, operated through the volunteer efforts and sale of original art work of members of the Virgin Valley Artist Association. The gallery exhibits are rotated frequently, and all of the art work in the gallery and gift shop is available for purchase.
