| MV Little League Gears Up For Opening Day | |||
| By Rachel Brandes Moapa Valley Progress Published March 25, 2009 Moapa Valley Little League will be holding their opening day festivities on Saturday, March 28 at the Logandale Sports Complex. The day will begin at 10 a.m. with opening ceremonies and followed by six exhibition games including T-Ball, coach pitch, minors and majors softball and baseball teams. Not only will there be fun with game play, bounce houses for the little ones and snacks will be available for purchase all day as the concessions will be open. There will also be ice cream treats for the little ones. |
 Young and ambitious Little Leaguers sell raffle tickets outside of Lin’s Marketplace on Saturday, March 21. The raffle will be held during Opening Day festivities on Saturday, March 28. |

| Team photos will be taken by Debby Leavitt Photography and Hotdogs and burgers will be cooked up by Great Basin Cooking Company.
There will be a raffle held throughout the day with some great baseball memorabilia being raffled off. Come out and enjoy the day with the Little League organization and help support the youth of Moapa Valley. |
