EAGLE SCOUTS:
| On Sunday, May 17, 2009 five boys from Troop 432 from Moapa Ward received there Eagle Scout award. Riley Staley son of Garen and Natalie Staley; Dillon Gordon son of Tim and Shella Gordon, Chantz Leavitt son of Paul and Racqual Leavitt, Matthew Johnson son of Bill and Zila Johnson, Not pictured Micah Jensen son of Doug and Sim Jensen.
Riley Staleys eagle scout project was to remodel and put in new book shelves in the Moapa Valley High School. Dillon Gordons eagle scout project was to lay cement slab at Moapa Park. Chantz Leavitts eagle scout project was to put in new fencing along the back side of the Moapa Park. Mathew Johnsons eagle scout project was to put in new lighting and sidewalk at the lds warm spring pool. Micah Jensens eagle scout project was installing a new flag pole at the Moapa Cemetary. |
