| Wanda Murial Wood Sullivan was born October 22, 1932 in Clarendon, Texas to AD and Mona Mae McCrary Wood. Having been born again in the summer of 1961, she went home to be with her Saviour on July 26, 2009 in Overton, Nevada. On April 1, 1950 she married Milam Edward “Sarge” Sullivan in Clovis, New Mexico.
Wanda grew up in Clarendon and Amarillo, Texas. After she married the love of her life, she faced the struggles of a single mom for years as dad served in Korea and Vietnam. After enjoying the snowbird lifestyle for years, they settled in Overton, Nevada almost 20 years ago. |

| Survivors include her husband, Sarge of Overton; two sons and one daughter: Cathy, (Don) Sain of Bayfield, CO; Steven (Janet) of Fayetteville, AR; Lynn (Cathy) of Farmington, UT and one sister, Marilyn (John) Pricer of Smith River, CA. In addition to those mentioned, Wanda will continue to be loved by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Calvary Community Church. Interment will be in the Southern Nevada Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada under the direction of Moapa Valley Mortuary.
