It’s Trees on Wheels time! University of Nevada Cooperative Extension and the Moapa Valley Gardeners Association are coordinating another fall plant sale. The Nevada Division of Forestry nursery will supply 1-gallon trees and shrubs for planting throughout the Valley.

The plants will sell for $3.50 each and must be ordered and paid for in advance. They will be available for pickup (by appointment) at the Cooperative Extension office, 1897 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., on Thursday, October 8, from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Unless prior arrangements are made, plants not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be donated to a non-profit organization.

To fill out an order form or view pictures and information on the plants, stop by the Cooperative Extension office, or call 397-2604, ext. 4, for more information. All orders must be received by 5:00 p.m. on October 2.
