Boulder City defeated Canyon View of Cedar City 17-14 Friday night in Boulder. The Eagles are 3-1 on the season. Jim Woodbury scored a touchdown to put the Eagles up for good. Woodbury lead Boulder in rushing with 124 yards on 14 carries. Canyon View is 0-4 on the season Boulder had 328 yards total offense.
Virgin Valley traveled to Pahrump Friday and played the worst team in the 4A. The Bulldogs took a 26-7 1st quarter lead then a 46-7 halftime lead. They coasted to a 52-7 final. The Trojans have lost 21 straight games. Virgin Valley had 110 yards passing. Urias went 5-6 in the air. Rushing the Dawgs had 257 with Urias leading the way with 63 yards. Virgin Valley is 3-1 on the season.
Truckee continues to roll as they beat unbeaten Sparks 48-0.
Wooster beat South Tahoe 35-14 in Reno.
Lowry beat Dayton 24-13 at Dayton. Jace Billingley rushed the ball 37 times for 315 yards and two touchdowns. Lowry is 4-0 while Dayton is 2-2.
Fernley beat Spring Creek 16-7.
Elko beat Fallon 20-17 in Elko.
