I read Ace Robison’s letter in last week’s Progress and was bewildered by the back-handed endorsement that he gave to Harry Reid! He states that he knows that Mr.. Reid is instrumental in destroying “our individual and collective liberties” but he is going to vote for him because of a long friendship!
Not only has Harry, with Nancy Pelosi’s help, been very active in getting unconstitutional legislation through Congress but has led the fight to make sure that we do not have a nuclear dump while Ace was fighting to have it approved!
I believe very strongly that we will not lose a “powerful and influential voice” if we do not send Harry back to Washington. If the American people continue to work to take back our government from the Washington establishment and send people like Sharron Angle, we will see real power. This is power in our hands, not Washington’s.
It looks to me like Ace spent too much time back there and has become part of the establishment and the problem.
If he wants to vote for someone like Harry, it is his right. However, he has decided to use his influence to try to get others to do the same. I hope that they look at Harry’s terrible record before they vote.
