More than 100 vendors will highlight the start of the Christmas Holiday season Saturday, Nov. 27 when the third annual Holiday Bazaar is presented at the Casa Blanca Event Center.
Admission is $1 and a canned good which is given to the Salvation Army Food Bank. The show will be open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
At 6 p.m. in the CasaBlanca casino, drawings will be conducted for those over the age of 21 who attended the bazaar with 20 winners receiving $50 in free play.
Included in the event will be a bake sale to benefit the Hughes Middle School in Mesquite. All proceeds from the bake sale will go to the school which is situated on Hafen Lane.
In addition, an animal adoption will be conducted outside the Event Center. Free bounce houses for the kids will be situated at the entrance.
“We will have everything from Scentsy Wickless Candles to toys, clothes, bath oils and lots of holiday crafts,” said Carrie Gomez, event coordinator for Black Gaming. “This will be the biggest event of its kind in Mesquite and many people will benefit because of it.”
Santa will be on hand for pictures with the kids. A disc jockey will play a variety of music while also holding games and contests for the youngsters.
