Town Boards Vote Down Riverview
The Moapa Town Board voted unanimously to deny a concept plan presented by the developers of the Riverview Project. Board members cited a lack of detail in the plan and a concern about too much density as reasons for its denial.
The Moapa Valley Town Board also voted to deny the plan. “I feel we should support Moapa Town in their decision to deny the concept plan with the set of conditions they have outlined,” said MVTAB member Kurt Lytle. “They are the ones who will be most impacted by the project.”
