The Moapa Valley Town Advisory Board will meet tonight at 7:00 p.m. in the Overton Community Center.
The Board will discuss a proposed endorsement of a new RTC Club Ride program in the area and its support in launching the program.
The board will also work to set up a standard for local roads to be added to the paving list.
Beazer Homes Holding Corporation will be presenting a zoning request to the board. The request will include a second extension of time to reclassify 41.3 acres from R-U (Rural Open Land) to R-E (Rural Estates Residential) for a single-family residential subdivision located on the northeast corner of Whipple Avenue and Mateuse Street. In connection with this request, Beazer will also request a waiver of development standards to increase block length in the development.
