Similar to the PTA’s Reflections, the Pirate Arrrrt contest is a program at Bowler to encourage kids to be creative through many different art resources.

Art entries can be made in many different categories like photography literature, musical comp, art and handmade crafts. All entries will be excepted.

The PTO is not putting any limits on what the kids can enter. The previous program had size and material restrictions but now the contest is simply about being creative.

The theme for the program is Over the Rainbow which could imply any goal or dream. All items turned in must be original work. Entries are due April 1 and will be judged and then entered in the local Clark County Fair Fine Arts.

“This will be another fun part of the program” said PTO board member Cyndi Goodrich. “Kids love seeing their work displayed. And the Fine Arts Building loves receiving the work.”
