Sage Health and Empowerment has moved its store to a new location in downtown Overton.

Sage Health and Empowerment Center has moved from 257 S Moapa Valley Blvd. into a larger building at 201 S Moapa Valley Blvd. Owners say that the new location offers a better way to showcase the store’s health and wellness products available to customers, and a larger space for the Sunwarrior business the Hauver family has created and built over the last two years.

Located behind the retail area at Sage Health is a customer call center where 15 employees of Sunwarrior take orders over the phone or the computer for Sunwarrior products, which were developed and tested by the Hauver family.

The Sunwarrior product line is designed to provide a complete line of vegetarian and vegan proteins, grains, and greens to a growing clientele worldwide. Since the company’s inception in 2009, Sunwarrior has grown exponentially, prompting the move to a larger space to accommodate the growing number of employees, store owners said.

But the Hauvers say that Sage Health and Empowerment Center hasn’t lost focus on their local customer base. The store still carries the same products it carried before, along with fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.

The new location has a light an airy feel, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
