The Moapa Valley High School softball team lost to Vo-tech 1-6. The team was then beaten by the Eagles in a two game series 10-2 and 15-4.

The Eagles jumped out to a 5-0 lead before the Pirates got on the board in the 5th inning. Koopman won the first game with Causey getting the loss in both.

Frye was the winner in the night cap for the Eagles.

This young team has learned through experience from last year and continues to learn as the season progresses. They are improving daily in their skills as the program is growing and improving. Their record is 4-10.

The Ladies will host Cimarron on April 5, Cheyenne on April 6 and will travel to Sunrise Mountain on the April 7.
