Al Capone’s Cadillac at County Fair
The 1930 V-16 Cadillac is one of over 200 cars on display at the Imperial Palace on Las Vegas, but during the four days of the County Fair, the car was on display in Logandale.

Notorious gangster Al Capone, a.k.a. “Scarface” once owned this car. Since a frequent method of settling disputes was to blow up a rival’s car or to rake it with machine gun fire, Capone had this car custom built to his specifications, including bullet-proof glass in the windows, quarter-inch armor plating, and 3-inch portholes in the side windows so occupants of the car could use their machine guns to spray the area around the car.
