Mack Lyon Middle School will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair in the school’s library this week: April 11-15. Students will be visiting the book fair during school hours with their reading classes. But the Book Fair will also be open for families and friends on Wednesday, April 13 from 2:15 until 4:30 p.m., and on Thursday, April 14 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Students have been encouraged to bring parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors with them to the Fair

Lyon Middle School will also be celebrating Nevada Reading Week this week. Students will celebrate with dress-up days and reading activities for the students. The theme for the week is, “Reading Rocks.”
