County Commissioners Vote Not to Rehear Glendale Zoning Issue
Commissioners Bruce Woodbury and Jay Bingham were the only two who voted to reconsider the issue of zoning in Glendale. Four of the commissioners voted to uphold the March 20 decision to allow a 300 room hotel with casino to be built along I-15 near the Glendale Service station and Motel. The commissioners emphasized the fact that all the town boards had approved the master plan, which included Hotel-Casino zoning in Glendale.
