I read, with interest, the editorial about the lack of printed coverage of the Pro Rodeo at the Clark County Fair and Rodeo (Letter to the Editor: Progress, April 20, 2011).

Most rodeo contestants perform for about 8 to 12 seconds a day. I and seven others have displayed our antique engines and related equipment at the Fair for 8 to 10 hours a day for the past 26 years. We have provided knowledge and entertainment to the Clark County Fair goers.

This year to our disappointment we were not even listed in any of the Clark County Fair’s official literature of events or entertainment.
