I live on the east side of the airport in Overton. I have noticed several road signs either damaged or laying on the ground on my drive through Overton. At Cottonwood and Vista View the street sign is damaged. Also on Cottonwood in that same area two signs are bent over and damaged. And where Paul and Heyer come together close to the High School two are laying on the ground.

This has been the issue for a couple of months. I think it makes the area look shabby and uncared for.

We do pay taxes for the upkeep of things of this nature. Does no one care about our community?

Don’t we deserve better than this? We already have a problem with empty houses and trash left behind. I think something needs to be done about the damaged signs.
