Mesa View Home Care has been named to the 2011 HomeCare Elite™, a compilation of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States.

The HomeCare Elite identifies the top 25 percent of agencies and further highlights the top 100 and top 500 agencies overall. Winners are ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, process measure implementation, and financial performance.

Mesa View Home Care Administrator and co-owner, Teresa Bowen, credited her staff with the company’s ability to rank as one of the HomeCare Elite.

“Our goal 3 years ago was to form a home care company that was locally owned and operated to provide quality care to our communities,” Bowen said. “What an honor to be nationally recognized given that we are a local company only, we have no cooperate offices or any branches, we earned this award on our own accord.”

Mesa View Home Care, according to Home Health Compare is ranked 9th in the state of Nevada and in the 88th percentile in the nation.

Mesa View Home Care was established in 2008 by Travis Wakefield, MSPT, LAT/ATC, Ty Wakefield, MSPT, and Teresa Bowen, RN, BSN, M.Ed., WCC.

Mesa View Home Care provides nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social worker, home health aides and Hospice services.
