Mathew and Brandie Harter are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Chloe Ellyn Harter.

She was born at Spring Valley Hospital on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 11:48 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and measured 19 inches.

Chloe was welcomed home by her older siblings: Ryan, Paige, Grahm, Gage, Dakota, Jake and Alexa.
