MV Justice Court Now Accepting Online Payments

Moapa Valley Justice Court has begun accepting traffic fines and court payments online. The program, which was started at the first of this year, should streamline payments processed from the court and provide those who need to make payments to the court with a faster and more convenient option, according to Justice of the Peace Lanny Waite. Previously those payments had to be made in person or by U.S. mail.

The Court is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Waite said that the program makes the court available for payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

“The court staff and I are committed to making the court as user friendly as possible,” Waite said. “This, together with the state of the art computers and technological advances, make Moapa Valley Justice Court among the leaders in modern Court capability.”

The new system works through the E-Payments menu on the Clark County website at www.clarkcountynv.gov.
