It’s that time again when the Moapa Valley Performing Arts Council showcases some of the local talent from this community. The annual Moapa Valley Talent Showcase will be held Monday, May 7, at the Ron Dalley Theater at Moapa Valley High School. starting at 7 p.m. The program will showcase a variety of all ages, skills, and musical talents.

In the past, this event has been presented in the fall, but this year the organizers from the arts council decided to offer it in the spring to wrap up the council’s season of performances.

Moapa Valley residents are encouraged to come and enjoy the musings of cowboy poetry, the sweetness of little ballet dancers, the euphoric atmosphere of classical playings, and the excitement of a broadway-like dance. There is sure to be something for everyone. We even hope to surprise guests with some talent that has only recently come to the surface

Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for students, and $25 for a family pass. All proceeds go back into the Arts Council fund for future performances.
