Dani Jo & Zachary Fox
Dani Jo Fox, age 30, and her son, Zachary David age 3, both passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from injuries sustained in an auto accident outside Las Vegas, Nevada. Dani was born October 12, 1981 in Winslow, Arizona to David Van and Peggy Ranae Miller Palmer. On December 10, 2004 she married Cody Isaac Fox in the St. George LDS Temple. Zachary, their third son, was born July 1, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dani grew up in Joseph City, Arizona. At the age of ten, her family settled in Overton, Nevada where she graduated from Moapa Valley High School. She attended UNR for one year before serving as a full time missionary in the Washington Spokane Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dani enjoyed swimming, working as a pharmacy tech and being a mother. She looked for opportunities to serve others.
She loved serving as a volunteer firefighter and EMT for the Overton Fire Station. She will be remembered as a loving mother, wife and friend.
Zachary was a playful little boy. Sometimes a little grumpy like his grandpa, but always ready to tease and have fun. He loved his momma.
Survivors include husband, Cody, sons, Ruger Dean and Logan Isaac; Dani’s parents: David & Peggy Palmer all of Overton, NV; Cody’s parents: Wade & KayLee Fox of Pleasant Grove, UT; Dani’s grandparents: Van & Joy Palmer of Holbrook, AZ; Jack & Carole Miller of Joseph City, AZ; Cody’s grandparents: Kaye & Lona Fox of Highland, UT; Lee & Nikki Brady of Lehi, UT; Dani’s three sisters and one brother: Kimber (Robbie) Tuckfield; Kristen (Daniel) Beatty all of Joseph City, AZ; Amanda of Mesa, AZ and Michael (Hiedi) of Overton, NV.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 23, 2012 at the Overton LDS Chapel. Interment followed in the Pioneer Hill Memorial Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to sign the online guest book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com.

I am soo sad to hear this. Another young person taken too early. We happened to be in town when the accident happened. My heart goes out to Dani’s family and her husband and children who must go on with a piece missing. Sooo sorry for your loss.
