Another outstanding variety of performances are planned by the Moapa Valley Performing Arts Council for the 2012-2013 season.

These will include Brenn Hill, The Piano Guys, the Annual Christmas Concert, the Moapa Valley Showcase (local talent), Shakespeare (“Romeo and Juliet”), Missoula Children’s Theatre (“Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”), and “Cellar Door” with Steve Vincent and Larry and Jeannie Vincent.

Each year the number of grants the Council applies for for financial support is decreasing. The Moapa Valley Performing Arts Council greatly appreciates the support they receive locally from the Moapa Valley Telephone Company, America First Credit Union, The Ron Lewis Memorial Foundation and others who help. The Council hopes the residents of Moapa Valley will be able to support them again this year as they offer season tickets and membership in the Arts Council. A membership form is in this issue of the Moapa Valley Progress. The Arts Council needs local support to continue to bring performances to the valley.
