The beginning of the Moapa Valley High School fall sports season is just around the corner. The staff at the school have some reminders for students planning to participate in athletics.
All students must complete a new sports packet for each year they play sports. Sports packets can be obtained at the MVHS office. A $20 fee must be paid to the school banker and the receipt must be submitted along with the packet to Ms. Keel in the MVHS Athletic Office. The fee includes the $5 Impact Concussion fee which is required.
In addition, all freshmen, juniors and any new athletes must have documentation that they have completed a physical examination with an appropriate medical professional. This documentation must also be submitted as part of the sports packets.
Completed sports packets must be turned in by August 4 in order to avoid paying a late fee of $10.
