The town of Moapa will be holding a Community Clean Up Day on Saturday, April 18. The project will be to clean up along Highway 168 from the I-15 to the Moapa Community Center.
A dumpster will be provided by Republic Services to help in the project.
All residents interested in volunteering in this community effort are urged to come and help.
Volunteers will be meeting at 8:00 a.m. at the Moapa Community Center. The project is scheduld to run from 8 am to noon. But Moapa Town Board Chairman Tim Watkins said that he expected it to possibly be finished as early as 10 a.m. depending on the number of volunteers that attend.
