Brian Diaz
“Our Little Brave Man Of Steel”, Brian Ivan Diaz, age 2, slipped peacefully out of this world to join loved ones in Heaven on Friday, November 20, 2015 in Moapa, Nevada. He was born January 10, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Dylan Ivan Diaz and Miranda Lynn Jackson.
Little Brian wasn’t expected to live long after his birth, but his fighting spirit and the love of his parents, family and caring doctors and health care providers extended his life. While he couldn’t talk, he was very good at communicating his needs and wants. He loved watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. His presence was a wonderful blessing to all who spent time with him.
Survivors include his parents, Dylan and Miranda and his big brother, Sebastian; grandmother, Himelda Chavez of Moapa, NV; and great grandmothers, Bertha Chavez and Raphella Spute, both of Moapa, NV.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the Moapa Tribal Building, followed by a Traditional Indian Sing at the Tribal Building. Interment will follow on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Sunrise in the Moapa Indian Cemetery.
