The College of Southern Nevada Mesquite Center has added a new course offering: Women’s Self Defense & Escape training program.
The class will be a minimum contact class designed to offer women an opportunity to take an active part in their own safety. Students will learn how to react automatically, when a potential threat or attack occurs.
It is encouraged that students take this course with a friend or relative, as this will allow them to practice the escape measures required and the tactical strikes together outside of the class setting.
The course will be held on Saturday March 3 and 10 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at CSN Mesquite. The registration cost is $47 and must be paid at the time of enrollment. Space is limited.
