The high school baseball season is here once again. It is time for the annual Alumni vs MVHS Baseball game. The big game is scheduled for Saturday, March 3 at 2:00 pm on the Moapa Valley High School Baseball field.
This annual favorite, offers baseball fun for the whole family. There will be a concession stand serving up hamburgers, hot dogs, chili , chip, soda, candy, baked goods and popcorn. There will also be many items on display for a raffle during the game.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the Robison/Sandoval Scholarship fund. This scholarship is sponsored by Shannon Phillipenas who organizes the event each year. He does this, not only to honor his fellow teammates, BJ and Shawn, but for the worthy cause of education.
Bring the family and join the fun. It will be a beautiful day and a great day for baseball!
