Pahrump falls to Fallon
The Pahrump Valley Trojans travelled north to Fallon for their semi-final game on Saturday.
Fallon beat the Trojans 58-20 to advance to the finals against Truckee.
Fallon took a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. They added 22 more points in the second quarter holding a 36-6 lead at half time.
Each team scored a couple touchdowns in the third quarter.
Fallon scored the final touchdown in the fourth.
Neither team reported any statistics.
It was the first semifinal game for Pahrump Valley since 1978.
Fallon will face Tahoe Truckee next week in the state championship final game. Fallon beat Truckee in the regular season on September 8 in Truckee, 32-29.
