Clea’s Moapa Valley Realty in downtown Overton will host its second annual Halloween open house on Friday, October 25.
“It’s been just over a year since we opened our doors,” said business owner Clea Whitney. “And it has been a phenomenal year. We had such a good time with our Grand Opening Halloween Party that we decided to do a little something again this year.”
This year’s festivities will be inside the building at 280 N. Moapa Valley Blvd rather than in the parking lot like it was last year. Not only are kids encouraged to come to the office in their costumes, but the adults are also encouraged to don their costumes as well and join in the fun as well.
There will be cupcakes, candies, donuts, Rice Krispies treats, and lots of other goodies. “The kids can do a little trick or treating before heading over to the Old Gym for the Carnival,” Whitney said. “It’s just going to be a fun day.”
This year, business at Clea’s Moapa Valley Realty has been so good that she decided to open a Henderson office. “We now have ten agents, and we are constantly on the move,” said agent Kasen Kolhoss.
“We just want to say thank you for all of the community support,” Whitney said. “So, come on by and enjoy the Halloween open house.”
Clea’s Moapa Valley Realty is located at 280 N. Moapa Valley Boulevard in Overton. The open house runs from 1-5 p.m. It is free to the public.
