Virginia Rice, age 77, died Thursday, February 17, 2011 in St. George, Utah. She was born February 19, 1933 in Mesa, Arizona to Rollie and Ruby Collins Drorbaugh.
The Lost City Museum was full of activity on Saturday, February 19 as it hosted a Native American Weaving Day event. Over two hundred people from throughout the region visited the downtown Overton museum during the four hours of demonstrations.

The Lady Pirates played their best game of the season on Thursday night against the Boulder City Eagles. Boulder City had beaten Moapa badly in the previous meetings. However, with those games well behind them, the Lady Pirates had nothing to lose.
The local Clark County Parks and Recreation finished up the last of its Basketball games on Feb. 17. Games began on Jan. 11 with the help of local referees and Volunteer coaches.
