Michael Rydberg

Michael Rydberg, 69, passed away on March 1, 2022 in St. George, UT. He was born on December 11, 1952 in Milwaukee, WI to Elwin Rydberg and Renee Anderson. Mike married Mary McNelly on October 19, 1974 in New Berlin, WI.

He was a loving husband who laughed a lot and took a great deal of joy from his life with Mary. They enjoyed living in the high desert, traveling on adventures near their home such as hiking, diving and off-road travel.

Mike was an industrious man who worked as a mechanic and heavy equipment operator in Wisconsin, Utah and Nevada. He was self-employed and enjoyed working on repairing all things mechanical. He will be missed by Mary, their family and friends.

Mike is survived by his wife, Mary Rydberg; his siblings: John (Debbie) Rydberg and Mary (Gary) Brabant; and large loving extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Margaret Rydberg.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 11, 2022, 6-8 p.m. at the Moapa Valley Mortuary, Logandale, NV.
