A two-day grand opening event took place last week for a new business in Mesquite. Red Rock Spas location at 1115 W. Pioneer Blvd, Suite 103, celebrated big with a community event on Friday and Saturday, April 1-2. The new showroom is located just behind the new Boulevard Furniture location.
Red Rock Spa owners Kevin and Ralene Scott were there at the event to welcome all attendees. Red Rock Spa has been in business in the region for three years now. The first store opened is located in Hurricane, Utah. With the opening of the Mesquite store, the Scotts were celebrating their fifth store opening in five years. Red Rock Spas stores are also located in St George, Cedar City and Washington, Utah.
Kevin Scott said that he attributes the company’s success and growth to a strong emphasis on customer service and a top-notch quality line of spas.
“We bought a spa years ago and the business we bought it from had no customer service or people skills,” Scott said. “We were unhappy. So we decided we could do a better job offering both quality spas and good service.
Red Rock Spas carry Jacuzzi, Sun Dance, Cal Spas and Hydro Pools. They also keep a large inventory in stock.
“We sold six spas on Friday: our first day in Mesquite,” Scott said. “That is a good day!”
On Saturday the radio station KONY Country 99.9 out of St. George was at the Mesquite location to announce Red Rocks opening and the special deals that were available, live on the radio.

Red Rock Spas store hours are from 10 am to 4 pm Tuesday through Saturday. The store is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
