A small crowd gathered on Dec. 3, a cold and windy day, to celebrate the groundbreaking for the Village at Adobe Mesa, a business center located on the corner of Falcon Ridge Parkway and Hardy Way.
The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce sponsored the event, which was a happy day for Mindy and George Creamer, owners of the project. George said, “There will be 17 units in a variety of sizes, from 1,200 square feet to 2,000 square feet.” The Creamers will own a sports bar restaurant on the corner. They said they wanted to bring more shopping and dining variety to the city.

The project contractor is Parkway Construction out of Utah. The project is scheduled for completion by February 2027. They are hoping for good weather and an earlier completion. Creamer said they are currently taking space proposals.
“Our sports bar will be family-friendly. We will have a full restaurant and games like cornhole and pool – a place for the whole family to hang out. I was surprised at the number of people that showed up; it was more than I expected for the groundbreaking. It is great to see such local support,” said Creamer.
