Pamela was married to Richard Bryant Shurtliff July 10, 1965 in the St. George Temple. Pamela was raised mostly in Logandale, NV. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing genealogy, sewing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Her love of genealogy led to her joining the Daughters of Utah Pioneers (DUP) and in 2016 she founded the St. Joe Daughters of Pioneer Utah Camp in Logandale, NV and was currently serving as the camp’s Registrar.
She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a proselyting full-time mission in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband, Curt. As if all of that wasn’t enough, she was always helping someone.
