Sister Sweden Smith has accepted a call to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She will be in the Mexico City North Mission, speaking Spanish.

She will begin February 16, 2026, with Home Missionary Training and then to the Mexico City MTC on February 26.

She will be speaking this Sunday, on February 15, 12:30 p.m. in the Stake Chapel, 100 North Arrowhead Ln. in Mesquite.

Sweden is the daughter of Tyson and Mary Smith of the Heritage Ward, Mesquite West Stake.
