Thomas Douglas Morse

Thomas Douglas Morse, 70, passed away February 28, 2026, in St. George, UT. He was born October 18, 1955, in Billings, MT to Delbert Lee Morse and Gloria Mary Virgina.

Tom grew up driving semi-trailer trucks with his dad and brothers. As a young man, he hauled heating oil up to the Yellowstone Lodge. During this time, he had two daughters from a previous marriage. He married Michele Joan Anderson in Las Vegas, NV October 26, 2003. Tom continued to drive truck until he retired from UPS. After retirement, he remained involved with community members around Moapa Valley.

Tom loved riding his Harley with his “ride or die” wife and sweetheart, Michele. They rode all over the country with their friends and family. He had a fondness for taking his dogs, Roxy and Josie Mae, out on road trips and Ranger adventures. He loved his neighborhood in Logandale, NV, and would always be seen on his front porch with his morning coffee. Tom enjoyed visiting with his neighbors and being the “bicycle repair-man” for the neighborhood kids. There was nothing Tom was more proud of than his family.

Tom is survived by his wife, Michele Morse; his daughters: Debora Morse, Lisa Popelka, and Natasha Ortiz; his grandchildren: Jared and Carter; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Gloria Morse; and his siblings: Les Morse, Irene Biffel, Cheryl Barrigan and Danny Morse.

A Celebration of Life will be held at March 28, 2026, 2-5:00 p.m. at The Old Logandale School (OLSCHACS), 3011 N Moapa Valley Blvd, Logandale, NV 89021.

The family invites you to leave a message or memory in their Guest Book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com.
