The Clark County Fair and Rodeo is finally here. This year, residents and visitors are invited to feel “Red, Wild & Blue” as they enjoy the carnival, crafts, vendors, food and eponymous rodeo.
Since 1988, Logandale has hosted a stage of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and Women’s Professional Rodeo Association NFR competition. This year, a staggering 700 professional athletes will compete in roping and riding events. A high-stakes showcase of abilities, the Clark County Fair and Rodeo continues to test the mettle of all who participate.

This year’s stock contractors include Macza Pro Rodeo, Legacy Pro Rodeo, Western Rodeos, Sankey Pro Rodeo and Phenom Genetics, providing horns and hooves of all varieties to challenge each competitor to the max.
Broncos, bulls, roping, riding and barrels will once again be the main events. Competitors will travel from all across the nation, as well as Canada. This year will also feature Mesquite local Cody Burnside, who will be competing in the team roping event. A full list of contestants and their information is available at ccfair.com/rodeo-contestants/. Locals from Moapa Valley and Mesquite will also have a chance to participate in the team roping event in an amateur capacity.
Tickets for the rodeo are currently available for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and the finals on Sunday, with Saturday being completely sold out. Those interested in purchasing tickets can find them at ccfair.com but are encouraged to buy at the fair office to avoid extra fees. All shows start at 7 p.m., excluding Sunday, which will start at 6 p.m.
