Moapa Valley High School track and field teams won first place at the 3A Regional Track and Field Championships, May 9.

Moapa Valley High School sophomore Anna Winward won both hurdle events, and senior Hal Thompson won both the mile and two-mile races to lead the Pirate track and field teams to regional championships at Pahrump Valley High School, May 8-9.
