The Virgin Valley High School Bulldogs and the Boulder High School Eagles faced off against each other on Tuesday, April 7, and Thursday, April 9. Virgin Valley High School’s Degan Shaner had a great week for the Bulldog baseball team. Shaner threw a 15-0 no hitter on Monday, March 30, and followed up on Friday, April 3, with an 8-0 shutout of the Pirates. Despite outhitting Pahrump Valley on Wednesday, March 25, and Friday, the 27th, Virgin Valley High School fell to the Trojans 5-4 in 10 innings and 9-4 on Friday.
