Virgin Valley High School boys continued excellent early season play by going 3-1 for the week as they defeated visiting Stansbury High School 4-2 on Tuesday, March 10, losing to Mater Academy East 8-2 and, with mostly JVs, defeated Tonopah in a doubleheader on Friday. Pirate baseball defeats Del Sol 13-2

A six-run second inning propelled the Moapa Valley High School baseball team to a 13-2 road win over the Del Sol Dragons on Monday, March 9.
