33rd annual Vegas Valley Four Wheelers Hump-N-Bump 4×4 trail ride. Based at the Clark County Fairgrounds. The event features off-road vehicles crossing seemingly impossible terrain.
Friday after trials entertainment will be the Logandale Fire Department Arena Off-Road Challenge. This fundraising event will be open to the public, and free to Hump-N-Bump participants.
The event will also feature a multi-course BBQ dinner by The Road Kill Grill.

A representative from UNLV will also be giving a prsentation on FAFSA, Financial Aid and scholarships at 6 p.m. in the Library.

On Saturday, the Criterium race event will take place near downtown Overton. Cyclists will zip around a one mile course circling Mack Lyon Middle School. The Criterium is planned to begin at 10:00 a.m. and will continue through various categories until late afternoon.
On Sunday, the cyclists will participate in the final stage of the race: the grueling Valley of Fire Road Race. The first riders will begin at 7:00 a.m. with other categories following every 15 minutes after that until about 8:30.
The Rotary Club is also posting volunteers around both courses to guide the cyclists and to instruct traffic.

Once again it is the Alumni vs. the Moapa Valley Pirate Baseball team.
The big game is scheduled for this Saturday, February 28 at Moapa Valley High School. There will be a huge concession with hamburgers, hot dogs, chili, chips, pop, candy, baked goods, and popcorn. What’s a good ball game without good food!
All proceeds will go to the Robison/Sandoval Scholarship fund. This scholarship is sponsored by Shannon Phillipenas, who not only wanted to honor his fellow teammates, but to do it for a worthy cause.
