Constitution Day, program begins at 12:30pm.
Bring your own bell to ring at 1:00pm.
All across the United States people will ring bells at 4pm (EDT) to celebrate the signing of the Constitution.
It was at this time of day the original signers of the Constitution used a quill pen and ink to sign their names on this famous document.
Be interviewed on the spot.

Do you know who is running for all the offices on the ballot in the November 8 General
Election? Do you know the political party with which each candidate is affiliated and what they
stand for? Do you know when and where you can vote? Information will be available on all of
these topics. Do you need to register to vote or change your voter registration? You can do it
then.
