Registration at 8:30am
Begins at Mesquite Recreation Center West field and ends at Mesa View Hospital where important information will be available, and each participant will receive a heart healthy snack
Mondays and Fridays: Closed meeting, for people who want to quit drinking.
Wednesdays: Open meeting, for friends, family and anyone interested may attend.
